UNISON is looking for enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individuals to support our growing organisation. To undertake this role you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the trade union movement and previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a similar organisation would be an advantage.

The Fighting Fund Local Organiser posts will be recruiting new members and developing activists in schools in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, one post working in each county.  These posts will be based in our Bury St Edmunds or Chelmsford office.

All post holders will need to be prepared to travel within the Eastern region as required including to the regional office in Chelmsford and to London on an occasional basis for training or other purposes.
