About this job

Right now we are looking for an experienced and efficient team leader who will contribute towards the smooth running of this service.

You will fulfil a variety of administrative, specialist and supervisory functions and have specific responsibility for providing direct support to the Head of the Charity.  Your role will also include monitoring work-flow, assessing priorities and delegating tasks in accordance with set standards and procedures to provide an all-round effective administration service.

You will also be expected to lead your team in delivering a high quality first point of contact service.

Your first class skills must be matched by the ability to use your own initiative, suggest areas of improvement to systems and practices along with a commitment to ensuring our members receive the best possible service. You will have gained knowledge or experience through working for a grant-giving charity or not for profit organisation.

You don’t have to belong to a Trade Union but you should be sympathetic to our aims and values.
