About this job

Supporting the Facilities Helpdesk in providing portering, cleaning, meeting room/event set up and waste management services within the UNISON Centre, you will be helping to create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for all of our staff.

This is a busy and challenging role and you will be responsible for completing minor maintenance work, carrying out porterage duties as well as daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. You will be responding to calls from the Facilities Helpdesk requesting meeting room set ups and other ad-hoc tasks.

You will need a back ground in caretaking or porterage and will have a very good working knowledge of Health and Safety.
