UNISON is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual to support our growing organisation. To undertake this role you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the trade union movement and previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a similar organisation would be an advantage.

The post will be based at our regional office in Bury St Edmunds and you need to be prepared to travel within the Eastern region as required including to the regional office in Chelmsford and to London on an occasional basis for training or other purposes.
