About this job
Working from our City Centre Office, you will be undertaking a range of administrative duties to support our members and activists including often working to tight deadlines and being responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records. You will be using a range of IT packages and must have a sound working knowledge of using database systems, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will be highly motivated and have the ability to organise your own workload and effectively manage your priorities. The post holder will regularly liaise with members, branch activists and regional staff and will therefore need to be a clear and confident communicator.
You will need to have an understanding of the aims and values of the Trade Union movement.
