About this job

Providing a high quality support service, you’ll be the first point of call for visitors at our reception, answering and directing calls as appropriate.  You will be expected to undertake a range of clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the office, from booking, preparation and clearing of the Conference rooms to the franking, despatching and opening of the mail, plus distribution of incoming faxes.

Your role will also include organising the maintenance of our office premises via our contractors, so you will need to keep up with minor maintenance/housekeeping tasks.  Knowledge of Health and Safety practices would be useful.

An experienced team player, you will have good communication and keyboard skills, the ability to prioritise your workload and excellent time management skills.
