About the role

You will be working as part of the Regional Secretary’s Organising team, providing seamless continuity of service, maintaining the functions of the office at the end of the week. You may have to complete tasks started or hand over incomplete tasks, to the clerk who works the beginning of the week, therefore a pro-active and flexible approach to work are essential.

Applicants should have good oral and written communications skills, knowledge of administrative systems and equipment and be familiar with IT systems.

You must be able to deal with complaints and other issues in a sensitive and positive manner. You will need to be able to work in a team environment and provide general clerical assistance when required.
