About this job

Lead our commitment to race equality.

As a proven leader with the confidence and presence to advise on race equality at all levels, you will promote inclusion for all Black members. This will involve an ambitious programme of policies to address race equality and advising the union’s national executive committee. You will be an articulate communicator, with the confidence to address a variety of audiences, from government ministers to national conferences and UNISON branches.

With extensive experience of race equality issues gained in either, the public, private or voluntary sector, you will be committed to the work of trade unions.
