We are looking for an experienced and capable administrator to support our education and training work in the Eastern Region. The position will be based at the Regional Office in Chelmsford. Some travel, within the region and to the UNISON Centre in London, may be required from time to time.

About this job

Working as part of the staff team, your responsibilities will be to ensure that the administration and organisation of the regions education and training programme runs efficiently and effectively.

This will involve a broad range of tasks including processing applications for training courses, booking venues, liaising with branches and course participants, preparing course materials, using a database to record attendance and issue invoices, liaison with internal & external trade union education providers including UNISON Learning & Organising Services, TUC and WEA.
