UNISON is seeking a Professional Services Unit Manager who will be responsible for expanding the Professional Services Unit and the CASE Systems Team.
Key areas of work will include:
- Lead responsibility for the strategic development of professional representation services providing advice and advocacy across the UK
- Consultation with a wide range of professional regulatory bodies
- Managing two national teams providing support and expertise in case management
- Responsibility for dealing with cases which have national importance
