Salary £35,213 pa Ref: R7/FF32, R7/FF33, R7/FF34 

1 Area Fighting Fund Organiser – based Western Isles (21 hrs per week)  Salary £35,231 pro rata. Ref: R7/FF35 

1 Local Fighting Fund Organiser – Glasgow/ Lanarkshire

Salary £26,574 pa Ref: R7/FF36

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UNISON Scotland Organising Team. Our public services are under major threat. Our members are working under extreme pressure and UNISON is actively campaigning for services and jobs. We are seeking a further tranche of Campaign Organisers to recruit, organise and work on a range of time-defined projects to support our campaign. 

Ability to travel will be a requirement of all posts and you will require to live within reasonable distance of location that post is based.

You will bring your experience and skills to assist us to recruit, organise and drive forward campaigning work within the designated area across the region. To undertake this role you must be a committed trade unionist with proven organising, campaigning, administrative skills and excellent IT and communication skills.

Requirements as detailed above plus skills on individual representation/routine case work and local negotiations also required.
