About this job

The Caseworker/Organiser will represent branch members on an individual/collective basis and provide advice on work related issues. This post calls for strong negotiating and industrial relations experience, organising, IT skills, and an ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies for members working within UNISON’s Community Service Group.

Essential to this role is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team. A full driving licence and the ability to travel extensively across the West Midlands is required. A car is provided.

You must be able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise work. You should be familiar with issues facing the Community and Voluntary sector.
