Our public services are under major threat.  Our members are working under extreme pressure but are actively campaigning for services and jobs.

The Greater London and South East Regions are currently recruiting Area Organisers to work with our branches to co-ordinate and lead the union’s organising agenda across the region.

The successful candidates will bring their experience and skills in one to one communications, recruitment, organising and campaigning. To undertake this role you will need to be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of the Trade Union and Labour movement and UNISON in particular. Previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a TU branch or within a similar organisation would also be desirable.
