UNISON Wokingham Branch are seeking to recruit a caseworker/ organiser to represent branch members on an individual/collective basis and to provide advice on work related issues. This post requires industrial relations experience, organising and IT skills, and an ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies for members working within UNISON’s Wokingham Branch.

Essential to this role is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team.  A full driving license and the ability to travel extensively across Wokingham is required. A car is not provided. The successful applicant will need to provide their own vehicle.

You must be able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise work.  You should be familiar with the local government and schools, sectors, where much of the work will be undertaken.

Please note: this vacancy is a branch post, not a UNISON employed post.
