We will check you are in an employer to be included in the upcoming ballot. If you are, we will contact you to discuss how you can help colleagues get strike ready and build a powerful pay campaign.
But there’s no need to wait. There are two key tasks you can start with today.
1) Check your own membership and contact details are up to date by logging onto https://my.unison.org.uk/ (This is to make sure you receive your ballot paper!)
2) Start to tell colleagues about UNISON’s 2026 Pay Campaign.
Explain they have a choice. They do nothing and accept that things will stay the same or likely get worse. Or they can be part of UNISON’s plan to win a pay rise for council and school staff in 2026. If they are already a member then ask them to log on to check their membership and contact details are up to date https://my.unison.org.uk/
If they are not yet a member then ask them to join to be part of the pay campaign. You can download and forward them an individual joiner QR code and link from here https://my.unison.org.uk/ or they can search “join unison” online.
