It consists of delegates from branches (elected once a year) and other regional post holders and NEC members and meets four times a year.
The annual meeting takes place in April in Birmingham and the other meetings usually take place during February, July and November. The July meeting is usually held out of Birmingham.
All meetings usually start at 10.30am and finish around 1.30pm, depending on the amount of business to be considered.
