Regional operational plan
Regional activists meet annually to decide what the West Midlands' priorities will be for the coming year, working to objectives set down by the NEC.
Staff then draw up a plan which will enable the achievement of these priorities.
Quarterly reports on progress are delivered to regional committee throughout the year.
Our plan is designed to be dynamic: priorities and tasks will be adapted to circumstances during the year, so the documents below will also change to reflect this.

(06/03/07) The West Midland's Regional Operational Plan (ROP) has been updated for 2007/8 with the Region's objectives and priorities.
