Welcome to UNISON in the West Midlands.
We have 120,000 workers delivering public services across Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and West Midlands. More than 1,000 new members join the region every month and two-thirds of our membership is women.

No one works harder than UNISON - last year we secured more than £3 million in compensation for West Midlands members for personal injury settlements alone.
