UNISON in Mencap

UNISON has a proud tradition of representing Mencap staff. We have more than 1,000 members working for Mencap, and we understand the challenges you face while carrying out the vital work that you do.

UNISON and Mencap are building a relationship in which we work in partnership - we have many shared values, but when problems do arise, we seek to resolve them constructively.

But of course, UNISON's job is to represent our members and help them achieve a better deal in the workplace. So whatever kind of job you have within Mencap, and whichever business unit you work in, joining UNISON is the best way to ensure you have an independent and positive voice in the workplace.
