UNISON's agenda for public services

Public services are fundamental to advancing social justice, building strong communities, and equipping us all to fulfil our potential. They need to adapt and develop if they are to make best use of new ideas and respond to changing social needs. UNISON campaigns for real reform that strengthens public service principles of equity, universality and accountability, and mobilises the commitment and creativity of staff and users to drive innovation and improvement.
