Agenda for Change

Agenda for Change - the government's NHS pay modernisation package - presents the biggest change in pay and conditions since the establishment of the NHS and continues to be a key issue facing all health and social services branches in Northern Ireland at present.The work of UNISON on Agenda for Change (AfC) is co-ordinated through our own group of branch representatives which meets on a monthly basis. This feeds into the joint Trade Union / Employer AfC structure at NI level. UNISON is represented throughout the structure and in the working groups covering terms and conditions; communications; knowledge and skills; evaluation; job matching; and modernisation.
