BIA consider 'out of time' Leave to Remain

In an announcement on Tuesday 25 March 2008, the Boarder and Immigration Agency (BIA) have clarified transitional measures for senior care workers who were “unable to extend their permission to stay in the United Kingdom within the normal time limit.
