Education is at the heart of all UNISON's work.

Our courses are designed to build an active and effective union at workplace, branch and regional level based on UNISON’s values: promoting members’ rights; encouraging participation in the union; providing quality services to members and equality.

Our courses aim to help you develop your skills and knowledge for organising in the workplace. They are run in a friendly and supportive way, and value participants ideas and experiences.
