Machinery of Government (MOG) Learning and Skills Council (LSC) Staff Transfer to Local Authorities – Bulletin 3 – April 2010

The attached bulletin is the third PCS and UNISON joint bulletin on the movement of staff from the LSC to local government. Both unions are working closely together to support staff during the transfer. We aim to make the move between different employers and unions as hassle free as possible. Part of that process involves keeping members fully up to date with developments – this bulletin will be produced on a regular basis up to and past the point of transfer.
