UNISON is urging members to vote for strike action in support of our pay claim in local government. General secretary Dave Prentis said: "The local government employers have made it very clear that their offer is final. It will not be increased without solid and sustained strike action so we need a very clear 'yes' vote in the ballot to show that we mean business."
