1. An alternative view of the government's provisional funding announcement on 19 December 2012 and concludes that Formula Grant in 2013/14 has been cut by an average of 8.4% when a like for like comparison is made with 2012/13
2. the financial impact of redistributing mainstream council funding through the New Homes Bonus identifying who the winners and losers are and how much they gain or lose
