Agenda for ChangePay survey to support review of 2009/2010 pay settlement(27/08/08) In preparation for submitting evidence to the NHS Pay Review Body for a review of the 2009/10 pay rates agreed last year as part of the three-year pay settlement, UNISON is seeking the views of members through the attached survey.Agreement reached with Interserve at UCLHInterserve and UNISON reach agreement on the implementation of Agenda for Change from October 2006, for employees at UCLH.Unsocial hours consultative ballot resultBallot sees 83% Yes vote for new unsocial hours paymentsUNISON to ballot members on new unsocial hours payments(21/01/08) The NHS Staff Council has now agreed a proposal for a harmonised and universal scheme of payments for staff working during unsocial hours. UNISON members are now being given the opportunity to vote on whether UNISON should vote to accept this new scheme at the Staff Council.Interim increase in regular user car mileage rates securedUNISON has secured a 10% uplift in car mileage rates for NHS staff using cars for work purposes. The new rates will apply (at this stage in England only) from 1st January 2008. The Staff Council is currently conducting a review of all mileage allowances and will consider the outcome in March 2008. The new rates will apply until the review uis completed.
