Early implementers news

UNISON is working closely with branches involved in the 12 early implementer (EI) test sites, to monitor the impact of Agenda for Change on staff pay and grading, and to gather robust data to enable a full evaluation of the scheme over the next 12 months.

A second consultative ballot will take place in 2004 (date to be determined) when members will decide whether Agenda for Change should be extended to the rest of the NHS.
