Local government pay talks
UNISON head of local government Heather Wakefield was joined by Brian Strutton of the GMB and Peter Allanson of UNITE today in demonstrating what the employers' 0.5% offer is worth for 150,000 low paid workers at pay talks for local government in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
