Remember the dead, fight for the living
Tomorrow, 28 April, is International Workers Memorial Day - a day to "remember the dead, fight for the living" when it comes to health and safety.

UNISON members and activists across the UK will join colleagues around the world to remember those who have died, been injured, or been made ill by their work - and pledge to use this loss and suffering to reinvigorate the campaign for healthier and safer work; for those still at work, their families, and their children who will become tomorrow's workers.

Join in the one minute's silence and see Workers Memorial Day 2009
