Happy birthday minimum wage
Last week we went to Westminster to celebrate the 10th birthday of the national minimum wage.

It's a major achievement. Over the past 10 years the minimum wage has raised the living standards of the lowest paid, and helped to close the pay gap between men and women.

But it could be better.

UNISON is calling on the government to take bold action to defend and improve the national minimum wage.
