TUC 'demands' fair pay for public service workers

"We have a clear message for the cabinet meeting today in Birmingham: we demand fair pay for public service workers - we demand it."

Those were the stark words of UNISON deputy general secretary Keith Sonnet this morning when he kicked off the TUC Congress's debate on public sector pay.
