Council workers seek strike ballot UNISON's local government members have spoken, saying No to the employers' below-inflation pay offer of 2.45% in a lengthy consultation. The union's NJC committee is now seeking authorisation for an industrial action ballot in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. |
