UNISON has a long history in tackling inequality both within the union and in society. We believe all people should be treated fairly and equally. Self organisation
We promote equality through self organisation of our members in under-represented groups. It is a way for people to become involved in the union, develop skills, expertise and confidence and become active in their branch.Equalities training
