- Deadline for Submission of Delegates, creche places and reasonable adjustment requests for access: 5.00pm, Friday 30 March 2012
- Deadline for Submission of Amendments: 5.00pm, Tuesday 24 April 2012
- Publication of Final Agenda: Monday 14 May 2012
- Deadline for Emergency Motions: 12noon, Tuesday 12 June 2012
- Deadline for submitting Change of Delegates online on the OCS: 5.00pm, Wednesday 13 June 2012
