Negotiating strategy and guidance for local representatives

Race equality

Religious discrimination - April 2006

Factsheet on part III of the Disability Discrimination Act
Feb 2005

The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Amendment) Regulations 2003 came into force on 1st October 2004. Better known as part III of the DDA, this bring UK legislation into line with the European Union Equal Rights Directive so far as it relates to Disability Discrimination.
