This week, the latest phase in Our Million Voices campaign goes live on TV and in newspapers across the UK.

Appearing for for the next three weeks, the ads reveal the reality behind the facts and figures: that cuts mean people left without services they rely on.

Look out for the UNISON film being projected onto public buildings and major tourist attractions in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

And UNISON will be standing up for our million women members at the annual TUC women's conference in Eastbourne.

We know that women have been hit hard by the recession, they already face lower pay than men and a glass ceiling in many industries. It's time for some family friendly policies that limit the 'penalty' working women pay to have a family.
